The food is delicious and the staff are very kind and helpful. I love the chicken and steak hibachi with yum yum sauce! The sushi is really good too and they have a huge selection. Atmosphere is casual but it's a great date spot or solo experience.

I've been going to Bamboo Sushi from its earliest beginnings in Crestview. This was my first visit to the Niceville location. We were very impressed with the excellent service. The sushi is amazing as always, but the table-side service was the best we have experienced with Bamboo. We also like the layout better than the Crestview location. It's great to know, that we have two excellent sushi locations not far from us. Keep up the great work, Bamboo!

Tried new rolls, and they were delicious! I'm not a huge fan of the 'order at the counter' style, but it makes it feel more casual, which is nice.

The sushi was yummy!! The service was quick and fast and everyone was nice. I didn't have any problems. I ordered online and it was very efficient.

For someone who is picky when it comes to sushi, I absolutely loved this place! Would go again! Fast service, great food, and space restaurant!

One of the best sushi and hibachi restaurants I have ever eaten at. Visited this location off a recommendation from my coworker, my family and I were not disappointed. Walk in, find your seat review the menu and then approach the counter to order when you're ready. The staff are friendly and bring your order out promptly. We tried the teriyaki beef filet hibachi, California rolls, fried California rolls, Crestview roll, Sasquatch roll and several other items. The most amazing item on the menu was the King Kong roll... this thing is huge! I had 3 other people attempting to help me eat it and we maybe got about 75-80% of the way through it before we were stuffed to the gills. I could not recommend this spot enough and will eat there as often as I'm in the area.

Bamboo is extremely popular and I took the kiddo for sushi. Ordering was easy and workers pleasant. Service was speedy and ambiance ordinary at best.

Came to try this location and it did not disappoint. I absolutely love their food. The service was great. We usually go to the one in Crestview, but wanted to try this location for a change. I like the calm and chill atmosphere. The fried rice is as always very delicious. I love the hibachi steak and the yum yum sauce mmm... we got the shrimp tempura and really enjoyed it too. It is super fried, so if you're in the mood for some fried veggies and shrimp, I recommend.
